
Gianluca Bianco
Gianluca began studying guitar in 1988 as autodidact, fascinated from great guitarrists like Eddie Van Halen, John Norum, Ingwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani and the memorable bands like Europe, Bon Jovi and Guns 'n Roses.
From 1990 to 1995 he studied privately with maestro Roberto Ortolan, dealing with the acoustic guitar language in the pop-rock style examining techniques like fingerpicking.
In 1997 Gianluca deepeneed his studies at the CPM in Milan, facing guitar language like blues, funky, rock and progressive, refining his performance, expression and improvisation skills.
Moreover he takes part in internships, seminars and clinics with real guitar heroes like Massimo Varini, Frank Gambale, Andy Timmons, Robben Ford, Steff Burns, Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert.
In 2001 he earned the CPM diploma.
In 2003 he started contributing to private music schools and still now he is guitar teacher at Evoluzione Musica and Lizard (Mogliano's branch).
More than live performances in the most prestigious stages of Italy and Europe with the band 'Europroject', Gianluca is arranger and sessionman with local indie songwriters.
